Mid Continent Management offers several options for paying your rent.

• Select from our online payment options to pay via checking account, savings account, debit card, or credit card for a nominal fee.
• Sign up for the CheckFreePay program that allows you to make cash payments at over 25,000 locations nationwide, including Wal-Mart and K-Mart for a nominal fee. Please contact your Rental Office for more details.
• Mail or hand deliver personal check, money order, or cashier’s check to our corporate office location at 37 E. Isabel Street, St. Paul, MN 55107. Checks should be made payable to Mid Continent Management Corporation.
• Hand deliver cash payments to Mid Continent Management’s corporate office location during normal business hours of 8:00AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Do not use the drop box when making cash payments.
